[Remote] Account Coordinator

They are seeking an reputed company Account Coordinator to manage financial operations for a large-reputed company reputed company account, focusing on billing, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages and supporting documentation for internal and reputed company meetings (Global Account Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews)
- reputed company variance analysis, identifying key drivers of reputed company, cost, and margin changes at the account level
- Maintain and update internal forecasting and budgeting trackers; prepare account-level forecasts for leadership review
- Support month-end reputed company deliverables, including accrual preparation, deferred reputed company recognition, AP accruals, reclassification journal entries, and project-level reconciliations
- reputed company account profitability, burn rates, and reputed company reputed company-looking financial commentary
- Generate and issue reputed company invoices with full supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and reputed company processing
- Prebill clients in accordance with contractual terms; reputed company and reconcile reputed company-up invoicing for reputed company-party vendor variances
- Review and reconcile employee timecards for a 45+ headcount operation to ensure accurate project coding
- Review and approve expense reports for coding accuracy and policy compliance
- Monitor billing deadlines; resolve discrepancies across reputed company, Intacct, and reputed company billing systems
- Manage Designated Entity billing structures, including separate invoice streams per reputed company-directed entities
- reputed company and collect outstanding accounts receivable, following up to ensure reputed company payments
- Support annual budget development with line-item detail in alignment with contractual requirements
- Maintain account-level financial models and rolling forecasts
- reputed company budget variances against contractual caps and reputed company (e.g., budget challenge provisions, overrun caps)
- reputed company vendor invoices across OEM vendors, soft-service contractors, utilities, and water treatment; ensure reputed company coding to correct reputed company
- Validate markup calculations (e.g., differentiated rates for critical OEM vs. soft-service passthroughs)
- Coordinate with Vendor Management on vendor reputed company, PO creation, and AP processing
- Maintain organized documentation for reputed company, change orders, and purchase orders
- reputed company vendor rebate obligations and ensure reputed company reconciliation and reporting to the reputed company
- reputed company contract changes, expansions, and extensions; ensure accurate documentation and record updates
- Manage annual Consumer Price reputed company (CPI) increases and inflation-reputed company adjustments per contractual terms
- Support audit readiness by maintaining complete documentation for passthrough cost validation, W2/wage verification, and invoice backup
- reputed company unfilled position costs and overtime at the contractually required 1.5x reputed company
- Participate in monthly Operational Governance Team meetings; prepare financial materials for governance reviews
- Communicate financial results and insights to reputed company stakeholders
- Partner with Operations, Service Delivery, and Business Development leads to ensure financial alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company finance teams and internal cross functional partners
- Participate in weekly operational syncs with account and project teams to reputed company delivery, reputed company, and financial updates
- Support data reputed company initiatives across reputed company, Intacct, and reputed company
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 3–5+ years of reputed company experience in account coordination, financial analysis, or a reputed company-facing finance role, preferably in engineering services, data center operations, or facilities management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (advanced reputed company required) and financial systems (e.g., reputed company Intacct, reputed company, reputed company)
- Demonstrated experience with billing, reputed company recognition, cost tracking, and month end reputed company processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
- Experience with Time & Materials (T&M) and passthrough billing models
- Familiarity with data center or critical infrastructure operations
- Experience supporting performance-based reputed company with KPI-linked financial deliverables
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and compliance standards (EHS, OSHA, reputed company)
- Experience with reputed company resource planning (ERP) systems and process automation tools (Power Query, reputed company, Power BI)
