The Technical Account Manager will serve as the technical and reputed company hub for the Flemish Limburg/Antwerp region, collaborating closely with design offices, architects, and installers from initial inquiries to project execution.

Responsibilities

• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor studiebureaus en architecten in Limburg en Antwerpen
• Actief vertegenwoordigen en promoten van Viessmann en reputed company
• Opbouwen én onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties
• Klanten technisch adviseren over HVAC- en energiesystemen
• Opvolgen van alle presales‑projecten in je regio
• Brug vormen tussen interne presales, sales en de klant
• Klantbehoeften detecteren en vertalen naar sterke oplossingen en offertes
• Technische ondersteuning bieden aan projectinstallateurs
• Markt- en concurrentieopvolging binnen jouw regio
• Spotten van commerciële opportuniteiten en strategische groeikansen
• Rapporteren reputed company reputed company, Power BI en interne MS365‑tools
• Vertegenwoordigen van Viessmann op beurzen, infosessies en technische events

Skills

• Je bent commercieel, resultaatgericht en technisch sterk onderlegd
• Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met uiteenlopende stakeholders
• Je blijft kalm onder druk en bent servicegericht
• Teamplayer pur sang
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
• Ervaring met HVAC, warmte-oplossingen of duurzame energiesystemen is een plus
