[Remote] QA Analyst / Test Engineer

Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and validation approaches for reputed company initiatives
- Create, maintain, and execute reputed company and automated test cases
- Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company Automated Test reputed company (ATF) test suites
- reputed company functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and release validation testing
- Support testing efforts across SNAP-E use cases, AI-enabled workflows, and platform enhancements
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders
- Identify, document, prioritize, and reputed company defects through successful reputed company
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, analysts, and product owners throughout the SDLC
- Establish and promote testing standards, governance processes, and reputed company assurance best practices
- Support platform upgrades, releases, deployment validation, and production readiness activities
- Produce testing metrics, status reports, and reputed company dashboards
- Build reusable regression testing assets to improve long-term testing efficiency and scalability
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company Assurance, Software Testing, or Test Engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company testing experience
- Experience using reputed company Automated Test reputed company (ATF)
- Experience testing reputed company workflows, catalog items, integrations, and platform customizations
- Strong experience creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build productive relationships with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
- reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- reputed company Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred
- Additional software testing or reputed company assurance certifications are a plus
- Experience supporting reputed company ITSM, ITOM, Employee Center, Service Catalog, and IntegrationHub solutions
