[Remote] MES Senior Consultant / Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a MES Senior Consultant / Engineer to serve as the primary reputed company between reputed company ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems. The role involves assessing MES upgrades, developing recommendations, and managing testing strategies to ensure alignment and successful integration.
Responsibilities

- reputed company/integration inventory and criticality scoring
- Performance, scalability, and availability assessment
- reputed company reputed company reputed company and recommendations (e.g., in-reputed company vs. migration, phased rollout vs. big-bang), including reputed company/cons, risks, dependencies, and cost/effort estimates
- Produce a comprehensive MES reputed company Assessment Report and roadmap reputed company with reputed company S/4HANA milestones
- reputed company as the day-to-day reputed company for testing schedule and data creation for reputed company S/4HANA program teams
- Facilitate the end-to-end process view across reputed company and MES (e.g., production orders, confirmations, backflush, material staging, labor reporting, scrap/rework, genealogy/traceability, reputed company results, batch/serial management)
- Translate manufacturing requirements into reputed company/MES functional specifications and integration requirements
- Partner with solution architects to define integration patterns (e.g., reputed company, IDocs, middleware/eventing) and ensure reliable, auditable data flows
- Drive master data alignment and governance across reputed company and MES (materials, BOMs, routings/recipes, work centers/resources, production versions, serial/batch rules)
- Manage integrated workplans across reputed company, MES, and middleware teams; reputed company RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
- Plan and execute testing reputed company spanning reputed company and MES:
- SIT/E2E scenarios, regression, performance testing
- Data reconciliation and reputed company validation
- Shop-floor reputed company testing and production readiness
- Support reputed company planning, including downtime analysis, fallback strategies, and shop-floor continuity planning
